Sir John Jernegan, kt., of Somerleyton, grants to Edmund Jernegan, son of lady Mary Kyngeston two annual sums of £5 and 33s. 4d. charged upon lands in Herringfleet (Heryngflete), Somerleyton (Somerleton), Ashby, and Blundeston (Bloundiston), in pursuance of a covenant with William Kyngston, knt. and his wife Mary formerly wife of Edward Jernegan, the gather of the said John. Dated 22 June, 26 Hen. VIII (1534).
