Indenture made 1 July, 23 Hen. VIII (1531), by which Thomas Jermyn, esq., of Rushbrooke (Rushbrok), binds himself in a sum of one hundred marks to sir William Kyngeston, knyght, and dame Mary his wife, to observe the covenants contained in a lease for 66 years of the manor of Somerleyton (Somerleton) for the payment of the yearly rent of £54.
