Convention between Geoffrey, son of sir John de Askeby, on the one part, and Robert .... of the other, made the Wednesday next before the feast of St. Barnabas, ... Ed. I, by which the said Geoffrey grants to the said Robert a certain free fold with free entrance and exit in Ashby (Askeby), for half a mark. (1273-80.)
