ASHBY. Geoffrey de Raveningham grants to Alice Bonde, for her homage and service and 40s. of silver, 3½ roods and 5½ perches of his land, and 1½ acres of brushwood in Ashby (Askebi); also 12d. of annual rent, viz. from William Wascelin and Jordan his brother 4d., from Nicholas de Beletun 2½d., from Augustine Storm 1d., from Henry de Steingate 2d., from Geoffrey de Bure 1d., from Robert le Neue 1d., and from Nicholas de Bela⟨un⟩t ½d.; paying annually to the said Geoffrey one clove.
