SUNNINGTHWAYT Priory. Matilda de Horningtone, widow grants to the nuns of Siningthwayt, in frankalmoigne, the whole of her land of Neuryding in Mensingtone, excepting 3 acres which her daughter Beatrice has; and all her right in the culture which Elyas de Ottelay has by the gift of Jereman Maunsel ; together with pasture in Mensington for 20 cows and one bull, for 20 mares and one stallion, for 10 sows and one boar, and for 40 goats and 100 sheep, with their young, for 3 years ("integre ad tres annos"). (c. 1230.) .
