ROTHWELL. Indenture between William Calverley , John Burton , Richard Pek , Water Baildon , and Thomas Gargrave , esqs., feoffees of William Watson , of one part, and George Box, esq., of the other part, witnesseth that the said feoffees have demised to George Box a close and 100 acres of land in Lofthouse near Rothwell for six years, paying 6 marks yearly.
