ROTHERHAM. Bull of Pope Innocent VI, addressed to the archdeacon of the East Riding, and the chancellor and official of York granting to William Donke the mediety of the vicarage of the parochial church of Rotherham, vacant by the death of William Littester , and unduly held by Robert Mapelbek, a monk of Rufforth . Dated at Avignon 3 Kl. May, 9th year of his pontificate (i.e. 1361).
