Charter reciting the contention in the year of grace 1259, between sir Hugh, the abbot, and the convent of Kyrkestall, of the one part, and Robert the son of Richard le Blund of Alreton of the other, concerning the liberties, rights, and easements belonging to one bovate of land in Alreton which the said Robert holds as successor of his father and which are now granted to him by the said abbot and convent. Dated on the feast of SS. Simon and Jude, 44 Hen. III.
