Sir Marmaduke Constable, kt., releases sir John de Euer, kt., and Thomas Sturmy of Dromundby from a bond for £40 upon condition of a payment being made of £40 at Westminster to Queen Philippa as her fee ["de auro suo"] upon a fine for £400. Dated at York the Thursday next after the feast of St. Bartholomew, 35 Ed. III.
