Henry ⟨IV⟩ , dated at Westminster 13 Jan. 10th of his reign, addressed to William Gascoigne and Thomas Tildeslegh , to hear a cause of novel disseisin between the prior and convent of Monk Bretton of the one part, against Roger de Preston of Hikilton and William Jonson of Cudworth of the other, concerning common of pasture in Hykylton and Cudworth.
