Indenture made 18 March, 16 Hen. VIII, by which Henry Husee of Slynfold, esq., covenants and grants by these presents to George Ropkyn of Horsham , that if before the Annunciation of the B.V. M., 1531, the said George can re-purchase with his own money, not borrowed, certain lands &c. in Slynfold that he had previously sold to the said Henry, then the said Henry shall sell the same to the said George for £44, and costs and charges; reserving future right of pre-emption to Henry Husee if again sold.
