Charter (indented) made the Monday next before the feast of St. Thomas the apostle, 15 Rich. II, between Thomas de Leghe of the one part, and John Waryn of Penham of the other, witnesseth that Thomas leases to John a field, garden, &c. called Swetericche for 29 years, in the parish of Hurstperpound.
