Richard le Seinter, citizen of Worcester, son and heir of Henry le Seynter , remits and quit-claims to the master and brethren of the hospital of St. Wlstan all right in 2s. of annual rent from a certain house which was Agnes le Meylour 's, in the city of Worcester in the street of Sodebury , also another 2s. annual rent from a house which was Margery de Bruera's of Newyntone without Sodebury gate, about which there had been a dispute in the court of the city. For this quitclaim the master and brethren gave to the said Richard 16s. Witnesses Richard Coles , Adam de Pidele , bailiffs of Worcester, etc.(c. 1250-60.)
